BLACKHEATH

A beautiful new build contemporary home in Blackheath.  The client asked us to upgrade the interior of this property in a challenging time-scale - quickly!

BRIEF:  To create a "quiet" luxurious contemporary interior for a family that had mostly flown the nest and as a London base. We designed new bathrooms layout and upgraded the specifications. Improved the lighting layout and type of fitting so it was more functional. Completed new joinery designs and specifications and created a new garden layout and design with construction package.

​PROCESS:  The build on the new home had already begun when we were appointed to upgrade the interior. My team and I had to move swiftly so as not to delay construction. We were also appointed as project managers to liaise between the developer, builder, and client. ​

RESULT:  We are very happy with the result as is the client. Beautiful finishes and features subtly highlight the client's gorgeous collection of contemporary art.
